- On-line, bar-code tracking and inventory control system fully integrated with daily in and out activity of all stored media
- Information-base designed to perform a true management
function with over 100 different fields of information including:
- Item ID Number - Date Received
- Record Center Location - Media Type
- Scheduled Review Date - Security
- Customer Item Number - Last Activity Date
- Work Order Number - Item Status
- Fully-automated, departmentalized billing with details necessary to implement a charge-back system to each department within the client company
- History file showing audit trail, retrieval and re-file dates, work order numbers and other pertinent data for all stored media
- Automatic notification of media to be reviewed for updating and destruction
- Open-end entry allowing user to enter as much or as little as they may know about requested or required information. The computer will then list all matching information with the appropriate identifying numbers
- An interfacing, client level, web-based software (if the client so desires)
- Details describing contents of stored data items
- Historical review of each item, determining status, location and other pertinent information
- Freedom to sort and list database on any of the available fields
- Data entry at the user level
- Transmittal of data to and from the record center via the Internet
